All AUSTRALIAN RETURNS / EXCHANGES must be made within 3 weeks from the date we send the goods to you.

For all OVERSEAS RETURNS / EXCHANGES, you have 3 weeks from the date we send your order to contact us to notify us that you will be returning an item(s)

RETURNS:

Please include the invoice that you received with your parcel, and clarify the reason for your return. Send the returned item(s) to our address which appears at the top of the Invoice. All Goods returned MUST BE unworn and unwashed.

We will credit your original method of payment,( please confirm all credit card details again) excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases chosen.

EXCHANGES:

To exchange an item(s)


If you would like to exchange a size(s) or style(s), please follow the same returning instructions as above. Please indicate your requirements and credit card details for any further monies that you may incur for postage or the balance on your exchange (for a refund or dearer purchase).

For all exchanges re-posted to you in Australia/Overseas you will charged your original postage/delivery fee again.

What do I need to know about On-line Credits?
An On-line credit can be held for you for your next order.

An On-line credit will be issued if:
- An Australian Order is not returned 3 weeks from the date we sent it out to you.
- For an Overseas Order, that you have not notified us by email/ phone of its return to us.
* this is negotiable per your order circumstances.
