How do I send an order as a gift to someone?
You can send a gift to someone using the same method
you would place an order for yourself (see
Shopping Online). When you enter the 'Checkout'
pages, you must indicate that the order is a gift by
clicking the box provided and enter the receiver's
information in the delivery details for a gift. The
items ordered will be delivered there.
We will send the receipt with the ordered items to
the lucky person without the prices shown. If you
want - you can add a message to go with your gift
(max 100 characters) and it will be sent with the
parcel.
We do require a contact name, phone number and
address of the gift recipient, in case there are
problems during delivery. Only under extreme
circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we
know in most cases the parcel is a special surprise.
The receipt of purchase containing prices, credit
card receipt and tracking information will be sent to
you.
How
do I purchase and send an E-Voucher/s?
You can now purchase TSHINTA gift vouchers for your
friends & family on our website. They can be sent
either 'electronically' through e-mail, or as a hard
copy sent through the post. When the voucher is sent
'electronically', it is forwarded to the receiver's
e-mail address and can be redeemed using a secret
code which is enclosed within the e-mail. If you do
prefer to have a hard copy of the voucher sent
through the post, we can forward the voucher to
yourself or the receiver. To have a voucher/s sent
via post, please call us direct at 07 4099 5886.To
purchase a voucher/s online, first add one to your
shopping list (there is a voucher section within the
online shop). When you 'checkout' to pay for them,
you will be asked to enter the receiver's e-mail
address, name and a short message (max 100
characters). You will receive a "Thank you for your
E-voucher" order from TSHINTA. The voucher e-mail
will be sent after the payment process is completed.
How are the E-Voucher/s redeemed?
Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any
time using the secret code that is sent with the
certificate e-mail. They can also be redeemed if
placing a phone order. Again, the secret code must be
provided at the time of payment to your phone
operator.
Do I have to use the total amount of the E-Voucher
at once?
No! You can use a portion of the voucher with one
order and the remaining amount can be used with
another order at a another time. The amount is kept
in our system automatically until you wish to use it.
You can also use a portion of the voucher and split
the order amount with a credit card (i.e.:Visa,
Mastercard,Bankcard, Diners, Amex). E-vouchers have a
12 month expiration date. |
